What can I get my grandparents for Christmas?
My grandparents are in their 80′s and insist that we do not buy them gifts as they already have enough “stuff”. I was thinking of making a donation on their behalf but our family has a $30 limit on gifts. Any other thoughts?
What’s their favorite brand of tea or coffee? Bake some Xmas cookies and make a basket filled with a variety of them plus those little packets of coffee of different flavors one finds in any market. Throw in a small jar of jam for their toast in the morning and by gosh! I think they’ll love it.
As a final touch, write them a letter and tell them how dear they are to you.
Make it a very special letter by telling them why you love them. Even better, tell them why you like them.
