Is this an ebay scam? I think it is?

First of all look at the grammar, i dont think a “sociologist” would write like that. Most of all look at the area he is at…..Africa…..nothing against africans or anything, but there have been alot of phishing scams origonating in that country.
This is more than likely a scam.
