i need help with gift ideas for my girlfriend, you guys seem to know your stuff. help me?
A couple of months ago me and my girlfriend went to Myrtle Beach, and while being there she found 6 beautifully matching shells and gave them to me. Next month is going to be our 1 year anniversary and I would really like to incorporate those shells into a hand made gift, I thought about placing them on a picture frame, making a bracelet/ necklace, etc.. but I would like to hear from you guys, do you have any ideas for a hand made gift that includes the shells?

I’m definetly thinking necklace! But, really, who wouldn’t be? It’s the obvious answer… So be a little more creative than that! lol
Instead of making them into jewelry, put them onto a jewelry box! If you’re any good at crafts, you can make her the jewelry box instead of buying one.
As with any hand-made gift, personalization is key! Make her a plaque with her name and the shells on it for her bedroom door.
And going overboard won’t hurt! So you could put them onto a flower vase, then place a dozen roses (or whatever her favorite flower is) inside it.
Sorry if these ideas won’t work but maybe she’ll love whatever you end up doing in the end? After all, it’s the thought that counts!
